We invite all rescue and foster groups to come and introduce their adoptable dogs to the group and hopefully find good homes for them! Looking for other dog owners of senior dogs who are interested in getting together once a week at a dog friendly location so our older dogs can socialize. There are lots of adult and puppy play groups, but what about the older dogs? An enclosed, off-leash park for maximum fun, but all locations considered including anyone's back yard. Interested?
Dog owner? Wannabe dog owner? Fan of dogs... or just saw a dog in a park once? Startup folks are no strangers to long hours, crazy schedules and the emotional roller coaster of launching a business. But that's why we have dogs - nothing like a long walk or a great game of fetch to recharge. Come meet other startup folks, hang out with some amazing dogs, and get out of the office. We'll host at least one event a month, but more if the demand is there!

Come trade techniques and practice together! Agility equipment can be expensive (and so are classes). Here's a way for us to pool our resources and our knowledge. Meet up, bring your doggies and whatever equipment you have (if any). Anyone with an interest in dog agility training is welcome (beginners and prize-winners and everyone in between). Let's play!

Trying to get an off leash dog park for Martinez, Ca.
The Outlaws are a group of nature-loving outdoor folks who insist on bringing their dogs along. Why hike if I can't bring my dog? is our question. We hike mostly in Marin county, but sometimes East Bay too. Summer overnights and weekend camping trips to National Forest destinations. Swimming, BBQ, hiking, fetch, fun.
Where owners of all small and toy breed dogs can get together and have play dates, share advice and friendship.

This group is for all Pit Bull and other bully breed owners in the East Bay. We will host organized walks where we can show off how amazing these dogs truly are! All dogs are welcome, including dogs with some social issues. This is a great way to work on socializing your dog in a controlled and safe manner. All dogs must be on a leash (no retractable leashes or long lines), and everyone must be respectful of each others pets and avoid leash greeting your dog(s) without asking owner's permission. …

… Fortunately, our little dogs' output is, well, little. No need to make this a big deal.) - Please refrain from offering treats to your dog and others during our Meetups since diets and allergies vary. - Kindly respect that this group is for Maltese dogs only. Restricting group participation to the Maltese breed serves the purpose of providing a trusted, safe and precious haven for these small and often shy dogs to play. - If you are inclined to organize a group photo, please do so! Pekingese dogs are often stubborn, independent, and display a royal demenor. They are courageous 'big dogs' in a small dogs' body. The Peke can be a loyal family member, friendly and outgoing, but wary of strangers. They can be considered a lapdog, and are quite content to lounge in the lap of their master. But don't expect a Peke to come when called. The Pekingese can be a loyal, loving and courageous friend but they also can have a stubborn side, and can be jealous of anything or anyone take a …
Welcome to Yorkies and Friends. We were founded to celebrate the free spirit of our dogs, and ourselves. Buddy Little Dog made me do it: he can't live without Allyne Park Meetups. He drags me to get there, from blocks away because he knows what awaits: a multitude of small happy dogs. Allyne Park provides relative security, relative good weather and by its small scale favors our dogs with their tiny carbon footprints. Yorkies and Friends welcomes all small dogs. From meetup to meetup over fo …
Weekend hiking with the canine companion(s) and socializing with other hikers in the community. One doesn't have to be a dog owner to be a member; just someone who likes hanging around dogs and the outdoors. Since I'm still learning the area, I will be posting dog-friendly hiking trails from www.bahiker.com, but other suggestions are welcome and encouraged. My partner and I have a 6 1/2 year-young Corgi, so most hikes will be low-key and fall within beginner-to-intermediate levels.
