There's just something special about little white (or not so white) fluffy (or not so fluffy) dogs. It's amazing to see more than one at a time. And, I swear they recognize and love being with each other. They roam the streets unspayed and unneutered, eating from the garbage and reproducing without constraint. Contrary to what seems like neglect, we have found that these dogs and cats are beloved pets, but owners have limited resources.
